National Youth Award

You have been nominated for a national youth award. The award is given to Singaporean students who have excelled in both studies & community work. As part of the procedure, you need to submit an essay about yourself for the committee to know more about you. You must include the following details about yourself.
- name, age and school
- scholastic achievements
- some interesting facts about yourself- hobbies, special talents
- plans for the future
